Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: Shiprock, NM
Position Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
Hours: 8 hours per month
Pay: $45–$55 per hour
Mileage: Mileage reimbursement provided
Giving Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide quality patient care in the comfort of the patient’s home.
The nurse will provide care in accordance with the physician-established plan of care, while working collaboratively with the patient and their care team to support their health, safety, and quality of life.

Responsibilities

Provide skilled nursing care in the patient’s residence according to the physician-established plan of care.

Assess and monitor the patient’s condition and report changes as appropriate.

Administer treatments and medications as ordered and within the scope of practice.

Provide patient and family education as appropriate.

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Communicate effectively with the patient, family, physician, and other members of the care team.

Promote patient safety, comfort, dignity, and independence.

Follow all applicable professional, regulatory, and agency requirements.
Qualifications
-
Current RN or LPN license in the state of New Mexico.

Previous home health or in-home nursing experience is preferred.

Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.

Reliable and compassionate approach to patient care.

Ability to work independently and follow the established plan of care.
