Qualifications:

  • Must have a valid New Jersey RN license
  • Must have prior nurse management experience
  • Must have long term care/skilled nursing experience
  • Must have excellent leadership skills

 

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and interpret organizational policies and procedures, and nursing standards and regulations.
  • Evaluate and adjust treatment plans based on patient condition.
  • Collaborates with medical staff in care and treatment of patients.
  • Deliver hands-on care and medication administration as needed.
  • Assist with patient’s examinations and/or questions.
  • Maintain accurate accounting records.
  • Address questions or complaints brought forward by Residents or their families
  • Represent the unit's interests with the upper-level management.

Maintains confidentiality of the patient medical record. Counsel and educate patients and their care partner on treatment plans.
