Your Role

As an RN or LPN, you'll play an important role in providing safe, compassionate, and personalized care to our residents.

Responsibilities may include:

• Provide quality nursing care in accordance with residents' care plans

• Monitor residents and recognize changes in condition

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered

• Communicate changes in resident condition to the appropriate healthcare team members

• Assist with assessments, documentation, and care planning

• Collaborate with CNAs and other members of the interdisciplinary team

• Promote resident dignity, comfort, safety, and well-being

• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families

• Follow facility policies, procedures, and applicable regulations

• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for nurses who are dependable, compassionate, and committed to providing excellent resident care.

Qualifications:

• Current Illinois RN or LPN license

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Compassionate and resident-focused approach

• Reliable and dependable

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Previous long-term care experience is preferred, but motivated nurses are encouraged to apply
