This is a mobile position in the field. The position requires a reliable vehicle and travel to patients in facilities in Philadelphia and surrounding counties.

Responsibilities: - Provide compassionate care and assistance to hospice patients in their homes or care facilities - Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming - Assist with physical examinations under the direction of healthcare professionals - Support patients with mobility needs, including lifting and transferring - Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients

Qualifications: - Certification as a Hospice Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Proficiency in medical terminology and understanding of medical office procedures - Experience in providing care for patients in various settings

  • Ability to accurately measure and record vital signs - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and their families - Knowledge of infection control procedures and safety protocols - Physical ability to lift and move patients safely
