Work Schedule: Full Time, 72.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)  

Shift: Nights 

Pay: $50.00 per hour plus travel package/stipend

13 week assignments available 

Minimum Requirements:

  • CO RN license or eNLC privileges
  • 1-year experience
  • BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date.

Job Summary Enliven is seeking an experienced RN (Registered Nurse) to service home infusion and Infusion Center patients in Windsor and surrounding locations. The ideal candidate must be well-trained and able to give the best nursing care possible with little supervision. They will educate patients and their families on prevention and healthy habits. The ideal candidate must be compassionate, cool-tempered, and capable of handling emergent situations. They must follow health and safety guidelines faithfully and consistently. Implement patient care plan in conjunction with patient and family to assist them in achieving optimal resolution of needs/problems. Discharge patients after consultation with the physician and Clinical Manager, preparing and completing needed clinical documentation. Prepare appropriate medical documentation on all patients, including case conferences, patient contacts, medication order changes, re-certifications, progress updates, and care plan changes. Prepare visit/shift reports, update/summarize patient records, and confer with other healthcare disciplines to provide optimal patient care.
