Job Summary

We are seeking experienced and compassionate CHHA/HHA professionals to join our growing team. As a CHHA/HHA, you will work 7 days a week, 10:00 am to 4:00 pm at the Mount Arlington Assisted Living facility in Mt. Arlington, NJ. This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary range of $18 - $20 HOURLY, plus additional benefits.

Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

Be a CHHA/HHA certified in New Jersey (license must be current)
Ability to pass a background check
Have current TB clearance or the ability to pass the Two-Stage TB Test

About the Role

As a CHHA/HHA, you will be responsible for providing personal care and assistance to seniors in their homes. This includes:

Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Managing medication and vital signs
Encouraging socialization and engagement
Maintaining a safe and clean living environment
