Job Description:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse at Phoenix Staffing Solutions, you will provide essential nursing care and support to patients in various healthcare settings. You will collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities.

- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.

- Educate patients and their families regarding health management and treatment plans.

- Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with facility policies and regulations.

- Assist with the coordination of patient care and ensure a safe and comfortable environment.

- Participate in ongoing professional development and training.

 

Qualifications:

- Valid LPN license in Massachusetts.

- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

- Compassionate approach to patient care with a focus on empathy and respect.

- Basic life support (BLS) certification is a plus.
