About the Role:

As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will provide high-quality, personalized care to our clients in their own homes. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing Assisted Living Services: Assisting clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Personal Care: Providing personal care services, including toileting, incontinence care, and managing mobility
• Medication Management: Administering medications as prescribed by a healthcare provider
• Companionship: Spending quality time with clients, engaging in conversations, and providing emotional support
• Household Management: Maintaining a clean and safe living environment, including laundry, meal preparation, and light housekeeping

Requirements:

Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (or willingness to obtain)
High School Diploma or Equivalent (or willingness to obtain)
Ability to pass a background check
Valid driver's license (if applicable)
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Work Environment:

As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will work in a home care setting, providing services to clients in their own homes. You will be responsible for traveling to client homes and providing care as needed.
