Registered Nurse (RN) Vent, Trach and G-tube Experience



NurseCore is hiring qualified, experienced nurses with recent hands-on experience in tracheostomy care, ventilators, and G-tube management. These three skills are essential for the clients we serve.

What You’ll Do:

  • Perform airway management, suctioning, tracheostomy care, ventilator monitoring, G-tube care, and medication administration.
  • Assess patient status, identify changes in condition, and respond appropriately to respiratory needs and vent alarms.
  • Follow individualized care plans and physician orders while providing safe, independent care in the home.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the clinical care team to support quality outcomes.
What You’ll Need:
  • Active RN in Texas
  • At least one year of post-graduate nursing experience.
  • Recent hands-on experience caring for patients with G-tubes, tracheostomies, and ventilators.
  • Current hands-on CPR certification .
  • Negative TB test within last 12 months
