School-Based Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) | Athens, Georgia

Key Qualifications:

  • Active Georgia LPN license required
  • Previous experience in school nursing or working 1:1 with students is highly favorable

  • Comfortable working on a school campus and accompanying student during bus transportation

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct, individualized nursing care to a student in alignment with their care plan
  • Monitor and document student health and response to interventions
  • Support the student throughout the school day—including riding the bus to and from school—ensuring their comfort and safety
  • Work closely with educators, school staff, and the student’s family to support successful inclusion in all school activities
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
