Respond effectively to emergencies and changes in patient condition. Administer medications and perform appropriate emergency nursing interventions. Monitor patient condition and recognize when immediate intervention is needed. Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary healthcare team. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Follow nursing standards, safety protocols, and facility policies. Promote patient safety, comfort, and quality care. Requirements Current, active, and unrestricted Texas RN license or compact RN license required. Minimum of two years of recent Emergency Department RN experience required. Experience caring for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients. Strong clinical assessment, triage, critical-thinking, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a high-acuity, fast-paced emergency environment. BSN preferred. Compensation $32.00–$53.00 per hour.
