Rapid Response Registered Nurse (RN) - Rapid Response (Nights) (PRN)

The Rapid Response Registered Nurse (RN) is a highly skilled clinician responsible for responding to emergent clinical situations across the hospital. This role ensures rapid assessment, stabilization, and coordination of care for patients experiencing acute deterioration. The Rapid Response RN works closely with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient safety, support clinical staff, and prevent avoidable escalation of illness. Required Knowledge & Skills Education: See License/Certification Requirements Experience: Five years of related experience. Requires broad knowledge of complex systems and procedures. Licenses and Certifications *GEORGIA REGISTERED NURSE LICENSE OR MULTISTATE NURSING LICENSE *HEALTHCARE PROVIDER (CPR) *ACLS CERTIFICATION Qualifications *Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license. *At least two (2) years of recent ER or ICU experience. *Strong clinical judgment and ability to perform under pressure. *Previous Rapid Response or Code Team experience preferred *Additional specialty certifications such as PALS, TNCC, CCRN, or CEN required within 6 months. *Experience with high-acuity patient management preferred.

Care Coordinator Registered Nurse (RN) - Care Management (Days) (PRN)

The role of the Care Coordinator RN is to ensure that each patient is treated at the appropriate level of care, and that transition to the next level is appropriate and complete. The Care Coordinator RN will work under the director of the department to coordinate a multidisciplinary approach to organize and coordinate effective, efficient, quality care. The coordinator will work within the multidisciplinary team to develop a transitional plan that is appropriate for the patient as related to benefits, resources, and medical condition. The coordinator actively uses assessment, planning, implementation, coordination, monitoring, and evaluation. The coordinator strives for improvements in the quality and cost-efficiency of medical care and the client's quality of life. Education Associate Degree or 2 years of college coursework Experience Three years of related experience. Requires working knowledge of specialized practices, equipment, and procedures. Licenses & Certifications *ALABAMA REGISTERED NURSE LICENSE *GEORGIA REGISTERED NURSE LICENSE Qualifications *A minimum of two (2) years clinical experience, medical surgical experience preferred. *Case management experience preferred. *Ability to function within a synergistic team concept. *Current Georgia and Alabama RN license. BSN MSN preferred. *Demonstrated ability to analyze and organize information and data. *Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and make appropriate decisions following organizational and departmental policies and procedures with minimal supervision. *Demonstrated initiative, critical thinking, and problem solving skills. *Demonstrated interpersonal skills. $5,000 Sign On Bonus - External Hires Only The Registered Nurse performs nursing functions and supervises other RNs, LPNs, and other assistive personnel in the performance of nursing care according to the state nurse practice act. The Registered Nurse assesses patient needs, plans and implements patient care, and evaluates the effectiveness of care provided. Education See License/Certification Requirements Licenses & Certifications *Georgia Registered Nurse License or Multistate Nursing License *Healthcare Provider (CPR) or must be obtained within 30 days of hire. Qualifications *ACLS within 6 months of hire into ED, ICU, Surgery, PACU, L&D, SSU if taking GI call, or Cath Lab. *NRP within one year of hire into Nursery and L&D *PALS within on year of hire in PACU *NOTE: SCIPP required within 90 days of hire into Willowbrooke.
