The purpose of this position is to provide nursing care to our Psychiatry patients. The RN has contact with patients, patient families and visitors, hospital employees, referral agencies, volunteers, administration, and physicians. Effective interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this position.

The Registered Nurse (RN) must be able to supervise others as assigned including LPN’s, nursing assistants, clerks, and students.  The RN has contact with patients, patient families and visitors, PRHHS employees, referral agencies, volunteers, administration, and physicians. Effective interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this position. The RN must be able to provide patient care, secure cooperation from others, problem-solve, and exercise initiative and judgment.

Hours/Shifts
64 hours biweekly, day shifts, Monday to Friday.

 

Compensation
The hourly pay range for this role is $32.68-$48.83. BSN hires are eligible for an extra $1/hour.
Please note that final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications and internal equity considerations.

The Primary Care Lead is a working RN role, providing clinical guidance and operational support to the ambulatory nursing team to promote high-quality, patient-centered care and efficient clinic operations.
