Cedar Healthcare Center is seeking compassionate LPNs to join our growing team of caregivers. Whether you're a new grad, looking for a full-time career, or in search of part-time flexibility, we have opportunities available across multiple schedules, shifts, and specialty areas.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7AM - 3PM
Compensation: $31.00 - $42.00, based on experience + modified compensation options available to full-time team members

Sign On Bonus: $5,000

What You'll Do

Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to providers and interdisciplinary team members
Supervise and support nursing assistants and other care staff
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Promote resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life

Qualifications

Active LPN license in New Hampshire or qualified compact state
Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain)
Long-term care, rehabilitation, or memory care experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to providing exceptional resident-centered care
