Available Shift(s): Monday thru Friday, 3PM - 11PM; participate in on-call shift coverage every 5-7 weeks Compensation: $21 - 28, based on experience + applicable shift differentials and full-time modified compensation options Sign On Bonus: Full-time $4,000 | Part-time $2,000 Position Status: Non-Exempt About the Role As a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) , you'll be an important part of our residents' daily lives. You'll provide hands-on care, assist with activities of daily living, communicate changes in resident condition, and help ensure every resident is treated with dignity, compassion, and respect. You'll work alongside nurses and other members of the care team to provide dependable, resident-centered care. What You'll Do Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living. Safely lift, move, position, and transport residents. Support residents during meals and provide feeding assistance as appropriate. Assist with toileting programs and related care. Monitor and report changes in resident condition, skin integrity, weight, and other care needs. Maintain accurate flow sheets and required documentation. Support admissions, discharges, and transfers. Communicate resident needs and changes promptly to nursing staff. Follow infection-control, safety, and emergency procedures. Promote resident dignity, comfort, independence, and quality of life. What We're Looking For Current LNA certification in good standing. High school diploma or equivalent. Current CPR/BLS certification. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, professionalism, and a resident-centered approach. You'll provide direct nursing care while helping coordinate the day-to-day work of nursing assistants and other assigned team members. From medications and treatments to monitoring resident status and collaborating with families and providers, you'll play an important role in ensuring residents receive safe, responsive care. What You'll Do Provide direct nursing care and supervise assigned nursing assistants and support staff. Monitor resident status and promptly communicate significant changes. Administer medications and monitor residents for adverse reactions. Perform wound care, treatments, and nursing procedures within scope of practice. Accurately carry out and document physician orders. Participate in admissions, discharges, transfers, rounds, and care planning. Coordinate follow-up appointments and transportation needs. Collaborate with residents, families, providers, and the interdisciplinary team. Support end-of-life care when needed. Promote teamwork, regulatory compliance, and survey readiness. What We're Looking For Graduate of an accredited LPN/LVN program. Current unrestricted LPN license in the practicing state. Current CPR certification. Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to organize priorities and remain composed in a changing healthcare environment. Prior long-term care experience preferred.
