Position Title: Registered Nurse Supervisor (Every Week-End (7a-11p) Summary: Copper Ridge Nursing & Assisted Living Center is recruiting for a registered nurse to fill a management/leadership role in a skilled nursing facility setting. The RN Supervisor supports the Director of Nursing with the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes, and patient/family and employee satisfaction during a designated shift. The RN Supervisor serves as a clinical operational liaison between units and the DON, medical director, and other nursing staff. He/she is responsible for the clinical operations of the facility including ensuring compliance with Copper Ridge's policies and procedures. Duties: Observe and monitor residents’ health and assess their needs to provide quality care Work with physicians to create individual care plans and assist them during required operations or procedures Maintain complete healthcare records and reports including PCC being utilized according to best practices.
