What You Will Do

Provide quality nursing care in a safe, clean, and supportive environment
Assess residents and contribute to individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility policies
Monitor residents for changes in condition and report concerns promptly
Document nursing care, medication administration, and changes in resident status accurately
Collaborate with residents, families, and the healthcare team to support positive outcomes
Follow applicable state and federal regulations, infection control standards, and facility safety procedures
Perform other nursing duties as assigned

Qualifications

Current RN or LPN license in the state of Missouri
Current BLS/CPR certification as required
Skilled nursing facility experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication, clinical judgment, and resident-care skills
Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality care
