About the Role:

In this role, you will work closely with our clients and their families to create personalized care plans that meet their unique needs and goals. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Helping with meal preparation and management
Accompanying clients to appointments and social events
Monitoring and documenting client progress and care plans
Maintaining a safe and clean environment for clients
Developing strong relationships with clients and their families

Requirements:

Compassionate and empathetic approach to client care
Valid driver's license and Current Auto Insurance Policy
Provide a Reliable and Safe Vehicle
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
