What You’ll Do

As the 3–11 PM RN Supervisor, you will provide clinical leadership and oversight during the evening shift while supporting our nursing team and ensuring residents receive high-quality, compassionate care.

Key responsibilities include:

Qualifications

  • Current Rhode Island RN license in good standing.

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

  • Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.

  • Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

  • Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.

  • Knowledge of medication administration, nursing procedures, and resident care standards.

  • Knowledge of federal and Rhode Island regulations related to long-term care, resident care, and resident rights.

  • Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.

  • Ability to effectively coach, support, and lead a nursing team.
