Job Summary:

As a Licensed Vocational Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality nursing care to patients under the supervision of a licensed nurse. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications, and perform various medical procedures. Your expertise and compassion will make a significant difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including but not limited to, vital sign monitoring, wound care, and medication administration
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Monitor and report patient status to the charge nurse and other healthcare professionals
• Perform various medical procedures, such as injections and blood draws, under the supervision of a licensed nurse
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest standards of patient care
