What You’ll Do

As a Certified Medication Technician, you will assist with medication administration and resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff and in accordance with applicable regulations and facility policies.

Your responsibilities may include:

Administer medications safely and accurately within the scope of your certification and training.
Follow physician orders, medication administration records, and facility procedures.
Observe residents for changes in condition and promptly report concerns to licensed nursing staff.
Provide compassionate, respectful, and resident-centered care.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and members of the healthcare team.
Maintain accurate medication and care documentation.
Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Protect resident privacy and confidentiality.
Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and safe care environment.
Work collaboratively with CNAs, nurses, and other team members.
Perform other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

Current Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification recognized in Missouri.
Ability to follow medication administration procedures and facility policies.
