Job Description Job Summary: The Graduate Nurse must be accepted into the Loma Linda University Children's Hospital (LLUCH) Pediatric Residency training program designed to meet the needs of new graduates and provide support to ease the transition from nursing school to the professional nursing world by giving them specific tools and experiences to become successful pediatric nurses. Under the mentorship of assigned Registered Nurse (RN) preceptor, provides age-specific and developmentally-appropriate quality patient care in a skills mix environment.
