As a Driving Hourly Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA/HHA) in Dover, NJ, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients while enjoying a flexible part-time schedule.

About the Role:

We're looking for a dedicated and compassionate CHHA/HHA who has their own vehicle to provide exceptional care to a delightful client in the Dover, NJ area on Mondays, 6 hours per day from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm. Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional care to clients in their homes, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social well-being

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families

• Work independently, using discretion and judgment to make decisions

• Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions

Requirements:

• Must be a CHHA/HHA (Certified Home Health Aide) in New Jersey (License Must Be Current)

• Ability to pass a Background check

• Have current TB Clearance or the ability to pass the Two-Stage TB Test

• Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
