Divine Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a unique Specialty RN/Clinical Lead role supporting our hospice and palliative care population.

This is an excellent opportunity for an RN who wants to take the next step in their career, assume greater clinical leadership, and develop into a future Unit RN Manager.

What You'll Do

Serve as a clinical resource and leader for the unit
Provide exceptional nursing care to hospice and medically complex residents
Monitor resident status and coordinate care with physicians, hospice providers, families, and the interdisciplinary team
Support and mentor LPNs and nursing assistants
Assist with care planning, clinical communication, and regulatory compliance
Help promote quality outcomes, resident satisfaction, and a compassionate care environment
Take on increasing leadership responsibilities as you develop within the role

What We're Looking For

Current Ohio RN license
Previous long-term care, hospice, palliative care, or complex clinical experience preferred
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
A compassionate, team-oriented approach
Interest in growing into a formal nursing leadership position
