Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team
Build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure exceptional customer service
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and progress
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and safety
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care

Requirements:
