Assist with managing unit resources and maintaining cost-effective operations. Qualifications Active Ohio RN license required. At least two (2) years of supervisory experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred. Proven leadership and team-building abilities. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Working knowledge of skilled nursing regulations and standards of care.
