About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Advocate Healthcare of East Boston, you will:

Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents, adhering to established standards and protocols
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote optimal health and well-being
Monitor and report changes in resident condition, as well as manage and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of care and services
Provide education and support to residents, families, and caregivers to promote health literacy and self-advocacy

Responsibilities:

Assess and evaluate residents' physical, emotional, and social needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet those needs
Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians and in accordance with established protocols
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care, including progress notes, medication administration records, and incident reports
Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and caregivers to provide emotional support and address concerns
Participate in staff development and training initiatives to stay current with best practices and industry developments
