Registered Nurse (RN) - Per Diem Day Shift

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Birchwood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, a 5-star rated facility dedicated to providing exceptional care to our patients in Cranford, New Jersey. As a Per Diem Day Shift RN, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents while working alongside a highly trained team of nurses and specialists.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care to our residents, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as ordered by physicians

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans

  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor resident progress and adjust care plans as needed

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and treatment

  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments

  • Demonstrate a commitment to excellent patient care and customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our residents and their families
