Job Requirements

Our Registered Nurses provide high quality patient care to patients suffering from the most advanced stage of chronic kidney disease, known as End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). Nurses are on the front line of patient care, improving the quality of life of every patient. This role is all about the relationships and bond you will create with patients and their families. 



Work Experience
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN); three year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
  • Registered Nurse License in the state of practice.
  • Current BLS/CPR certification required.
  • Meets all applicable state/licensing requirements. 
  • Previous dialysis, ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg nursing experience is preferred but not required.

Director of Nursing Services

Overview The Director, Nursing Services is accountable for the overall administration of the department in order to meet the objectives of the hospital through planning, organizing, executing and evaluating the nursing care provided for patients in the hospital. Demonstrates and understands the importance of and respect for the rights, dignity and individuality of each patient in all interactions. Coordinates the provision of clinical care to patients, families and significant others to enable them to deal with the impact of illness on individual family functioning and to achieve maximum benefits from health care services. Complete psychosocial assessment on all new admissions based on hospital policy and procedures within three business days. Develop and is involved in the implementation of programs to assist patients and their families with the social and psychological factors of illness.
