Requirements

Candidates should have a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in the home care industry, demonstrating compassion and a strong commitment to caring for others. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Reliable transportation and punctuality are required, and applicants must pass a background check and provide professional references.

Expected shifts are mornings for 4 hours, 3 days per week. She is a petite lady who needs assistance with ADLs to include transferring, bed baths, and dressing. Some meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands may be expected. She lives with her family who needs help caring for her during their busy time of day.
