What We're Looking For:

We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Anderson Caregivers. As an Anderson Caregiver, you will be responsible for delivering essential personal care services tailored to meet the unique needs of our patients.

Responsibilities:

As an Anderson Caregiver, you will:

• Assist with patient laundry when necessary.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Ensure patient safety.
• Report significant changes in the patient's condition directly to their supervisor.
• Prepare light meals and assist with patient feeding when required.
• Monitor and record patient temperature.
• Assist patients with ambulation.
• Conduct range of motion exercises and other simple physical activities.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and adhere to care protocols.
• Follow privacy policies and infection control guidelines.
• Offer bathing assistance.
• Perform light housekeeping.
• Provide companion services, including letter-writing and reading.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance.
• Preferred: Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Ability to read, follow written instructions, and document care provided.
• Current CPR certification.
• Comply with training requirements as per State and Federal laws.
