Job Summary

Ideal School of Allied Health Care is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated LPN Instructor to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a LPN Instructor, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our LPN Student.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical instruction and mentorship to our LPN Student, ensuring they meet the highest standards of patient care and safety
Develop and implement educational programs and training materials to support staff development and ongoing education
Collaborate with the clinical team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance patient care and outcomes
Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of patients and clients to ensure personalized care and support
Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies

Requirements

Current RN license with a minimum of 2 years of experience in an acute care setting
MSN degree (teaching)
Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in patient care and education
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
