Summary Functions independently in performing nursing process, various direct patient care activities and related clerical and non-technical duties necessary in caring for the needs and comforts of patient; assists in the maintenance of a safe environment; functions as a cooperative, active member of the Health Care Team. Collects and documents data about patients seen on the unit.
