How you’ll make an impact in this role

Execute personalized care plans by delivering precise direct nursing care aligned with clinical protocols to accelerate patient recovery.

Monitor and communicate health status in real time, identifying critical changes to ensure prompt, life-saving interventions.

Drive interdisciplinary care delivery as the central coordinator across specialties, creating a seamless and holistic treatment experience for every patient.

Orchestrate safe discharge transitions by collaborating with the multidisciplinary care team to prepare patients and families for success at home.
What minimum requirements you’ll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire required.
