About the Role

As a State Tested Nursing Assistant at Edgewood Manor of Lucasville I & II, you will be responsible for providing personal care and assistance to our residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. You will also assist with vital signs, feeding, and ambulation, as well as support our residents with daily living activities. Your expertise and compassion will help our residents maintain their dignity and independence, aligning with our organization's mission to Elevate The Rehab Experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and assistance to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

  • Assist with vital signs, feeding, and ambulation

  • Support residents with daily living activities, such as dressing and personal hygiene

  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and activities

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
