Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our evening shift team. As an RN/LPN, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our patients, collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, and educate patients and families on disease management and prevention. Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and disease management

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and document patient progress

  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and services

  • Educate patients and families on disease management, prevention, and self-care techniques

  • Monitor and report patient status to the healthcare team, including changes in condition or medication needs

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements

  • Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Florida

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting

  • Current CPR certification
