SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently hiring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Franklin, MA. We are looking for compassionate, reliable caregivers who are ready to provide personalized in-home care and help clients remain comfortable and supported in their daily routines.

What You’ll Do

Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living
Help with mobility, transfers, and positioning
Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
Provide companionship and emotional support
Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe home environment
Follow individual care plans and daily routines
Communicate client needs or changes to the care team

Qualifications

Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification
Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred
Compassionate, patient, and dependable
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working independently in a client’s home
Able to commit to longer shifts as scheduled

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) the primary purpose of your job position is to provide your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care in accordance with our established nursing care procedures, and as may be directed by the licensed staff nurse. Experience & Education: Must possess an active and unencumbered CNA license in Massachusetts, be in the process of obtaining one, or recently graduated from a state-approved CNA course.
