Position Number: 22098682 County: Baxter Posting End Date: October 12, 2026     Job Duties:     Extensive (4-5 nights a week) overnight travel within the state, occasional weekend and after-hours may be required.     SMQT certified required within six months of employment.   Completes standard, complaint, initial and follow up surveys. All surveys are conducted using CMS and state required forms and/or computer system to meet CMS requirements.  Surveys are conducted on-site. Analyzes information gathered to determine facility compliance with requirements,and documenting deficient practices.       Preferred Qualifications:   Prefer experience with Quality Assurance or compliance. Able to work independently and have good written and verbal communication skills.
