What You’ll Do:

As a Certified NP, you will be a key clinical provider in a skilled nursing facility, diagnosing, treating, and guiding patients to better health. No two days are the same!


Your daily responsibilities include:

  • Performing physical exams and reviewing medical histories.
  • Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests (labs, imaging, etc.).
  • Diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions.
  • Prescribing medications and creating treatment plans.
  • Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and facility staff.
  • Educating patients and families on health conditions and preventive care.
  • Documenting patient care accurately and efficiently.

We are looking for passionate Certified Nurse Practitioner . Applicants must be Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner certified, licensed to practice, and have experience working with adult/ geriatric populations. **Pay up to $655 per day** Responsibilities: Provide psychiatric care, including evaluations, follow-ups, and urgent and emergent consultations to individuals with mental health needs Experience in delivering high-quality, client-centered care Able to document and navigate EHR independently Ability to maintain strict client confidentiality Participate in the creation of an individualized treatment plan after discussing the case with the mental health care team, collecting and reviewing psychosocial data, medical history, nursing assessment, and other pertinent information Evaluate patients for the need for a higher level of care, including hospitalization Provide patient education, specifically around issues related to medications and treatment adherence, and aftercare service Work closely with Supervising physician to ensure improved patient outcomes and high-quality care Education and Experience Minimum of two (2) years’ experience.
