Lone Peak Internal Medicine is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our established outpatient practice. Position Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive primary care to adult patients
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
Perform preventative care and wellness exams
Collaborate closely with physicians and care team
Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program
Board certified or board eligible
Eligible for state licensure
Internal Medicine or Primary Care experience preferred
Strong communication and patient-focused care approach
