Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including assistance with activities of daily living, bathing, dressing, and grooming

  • Assist with vital signs, medication administration, and treatments as directed by licensed nurses

  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care

  • Participate in development and implementation of individualized care plans

  • Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide a holistic approach to patient care
