Individuals are responsible for caring for the residents under the direction and supervision of a RN/LPN. This position reports to the Director of Nursing. Essential Functions of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA): · Maintain a positive and professional demeanor towards residents, visitors, families, and co-workers. · Assist in daily care of residents such as bathing, grooming, dressing, transferring, repositioning, and other activities of daily living. · Promote and protect resident rights, treat residents with dignity and respect, protect resident’s personal belongings, report suspected abuse or neglect. · Perform other duties as assigned.
