Work Locations & Service Areas

We make every effort to match caregivers with clients near their preferred service areas, helping minimize commute times and make schedules more convenient. Whenever possible, we aim to provide opportunities within approximately a 15–20 minute commute.

What You’ll Do

As a SYNERGY HomeCare caregiver, you’ll provide compassionate non-medical home care designed to help clients remain comfortable, independent, and engaged in their daily lives.

Your responsibilities may include:

Providing companionship and meaningful social interaction
Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Helping with meal preparation and light housekeeping
Providing medication reminders
Maintaining respectful and professional relationships with clients, families, and coworkers
Providing dependable care by arriving on time and consistently covering scheduled shifts

Requirements

At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience required
Must be 18 years of age or older
California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration or willingness to register
Current TB clearance
Current CPR & First Aid certification
Successful completion of a required background check
