8 yr old male with G-tube. He is verbal and active. Hours are 1pm-9pm two days per week. Days and hours subject to change according to your availability.

Responsibilities:
Every day is different in Home Care. Our Home Health Staff care for ill, injured or convalescing patients or persons with disabilities in private homes. You will be responsible for providing quality healthcare to each patient in adherence with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.

Overview The Licensed Practical Nurse will focus on providing high level patient-centered care in a physician office setting by measuring and recording vital signs, placing patients in exam rooms, preparing patients for exams/procedures, assisting the health care provider with exams/procedures, providing patient support during exams, maintaining medical supply inventory, and stocking exam rooms.
