How you’ll make an impact in this role
- Direct the patientâs clinical journey by performing comprehensive assessments that evaluate physical, psychological, and social health to ensure a holistic start to the recovery process.
- Design and evolve individualized care plans that align with the master treatment goals, ensuring every intervention is purposeful and responsive to the patientâs progress.
- Lead therapeutic engagement by co-facilitating group therapy sessions and implementing evidence-based nursing care that helps patients develop vital coping and stabilization skills.
- Collaborate as a clinical advocate within multidisciplinary team conferences, providing critical insights that shape the goals and objectives of the patient's long-term treatment plan.
- Optimize treatment outcomes by continuously evaluating patient responses to care and proactively adjusting interventions to meet their changing clinical needs.
What minimum requirements you’ll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing required.
Education:
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
