About the Role:

As a Certified Medication Technician (CMT), you will play a vital role in our care team, providing medication administration, assistance with daily living activities, and ensuring the highest level of care for our residents. You will work closely with our healthcare team to deliver personalized care and support, promoting independence, dignity, and overall well-being.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and as directed by our nursing staff

  • Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nursing staff

  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

  • Provide support with mobility, transfer, and ambulation

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of medication administration and resident care

  • Collaborate with other care team members to develop and implement individualized care plans

  • Provide assistance with meals, snacks, and hydration

Requirements:

  • Current Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 1+ year of experience as a CMT preferred
