About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse at Aspire Senior Living Webb City, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care to our residents. Your primary duties will include:

  • Assessing and addressing the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents

  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team

  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by our medical director

  • Monitoring and reporting changes in resident condition to the healthcare team

  • Providing education and support to residents, family members, and caregivers

  • Participating in Quality Improvement initiatives to ensure optimal resident outcomes

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring

  • Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive resident records

  • Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery

  • Participate in facility-wide committees and quality improvement initiatives

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
