Job Summary:

As a Restorative Nurse Assistant (RNA) with Aspire Senior Living Webb City, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. Restorative Nurse Assistant (RNA) will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care, promoting independence, dignity, and comfort for all residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

  • Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team

  • Assist with medication administration, vital sign monitoring, and other medical procedures as needed

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues

  • Participate in resident care planning and implementation

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and services

Requirements:

  • Current Restorative Nurse Assistant (RNA) certification in the state of Missouri required

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Experience in a long-term care or related field preferred
