The ideal Staffing Coordinator candidate is a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Medication Technician (CMT) with strong organizational skills, healthcare scheduling experience, excellent communication abilities, and the flexibility to assist with direct resident care when needed. This is a hands-on Staffing Coordinator position that requires flexibility, accountability, and a willingness to support the nursing team, including assisting with floor coverage and participating in an on-call rotation. Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, senior living, or healthcare strongly preferred. Previous experience working as a CNA or CMT in a long-term care setting preferred. Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, scheduling software, and electronic documentation systems. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple staffing priorities, last-minute changes, and time-sensitive scheduling needs. Ability to remain professional, calm, and solution-focused under pressure. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate staffing records.
