Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as assisting with meals and other daily living activities
Assist with vital signs, blood pressure checks, and other clinical tasks as needed
Develop and maintain a positive and respectful attitude, promoting a sense of well-being and dignity for all residents
Collaborate with our interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Perform other duties as assigned, including reporting concerns and incidents to nursing staff and management
